Run, don’t walk away from this company. They take a while to give you the quote (a week with a follow up in there), then, after you pay your deposit will ghost you until you follow up with them to get on the schedule. I originally wanted an asphalt driveway, but after the quoting process, chose concrete, and they didn't even do it themselves, they sub-contracted the work out to another company, so I ended up paying a bloated fee. I was not told it would be subcontracted until the subcontractor showed up. Following best practices for Michigan (such as adding fiberglass to the concrete so it can properly expand and contract during our freeze-thaw cycles) is extra - and I wasn’t even given the option until the subcontractor told me that it’s standard in all the jobs he does. You have to pay extra for permits (during the quoting process I should have walked away when the salesperson, Trevor, told me they don’t pull permits, and if I want one “I’ll be paying for it.”) I told them I wanted a permit pulled, and wasn’t told the price until after the job was done. I also had to pay extra for following best practices by adding the fiberglass because I’m not trying to spend over $14,000 for the driveway to crumble prematurely. Because of these extras, I ended up paying hundreds of dollars over the signed quote. I was asked to reschedule after having a set date, and when that new date didn’t work for me, they tried to bully me into a their preferred date otherwise “it will be later in the month of October, and I will have to follow up with you to confirm the date in the next couple of weeks.” When I told them that we’d then have to wait, because the date they tried to force me into didn’t work, suddenly, they could accommodate my timeline. Once the driveway was done, I thought we were good to go, but of course, there was another issue. They tried to add over $1,300 to my invoice. I had to push back because this additional fee was not on the contract I signed. Trevor was adamant, and getting an attitude with me about this fee until I shared the signed contract with him (The exact contact they gave me after signing). He then told me he was going to talk to someone on his team to get it figured out, but that was a blatant lie. I had to follow up with him days later after complete silence on his end where he once again got an attitude with me and told me that he was going to keep the fee on there and he wasn’t going to do anything about it (he did not care that it wasn’t in my signed contract). I reached out to the office directly, and the very kind person who answered the phone told me she’d get me in contact with the right person. No one did reach back out to me, but they corrected the invoice within 24 hours, which is all I truly wanted. Overall, an extremely unprofessional company with questionable business practices. While my driveway looks beautiful, thanks to the subcontractor, I regret having gone through Titan to get it done. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this company at all costs. Too expensive, poor communication, and absolutely unethical in their approach to business.

We recently used Titan Asphalt to seal coat, crack fill, and stripe the parking lots for our entire campus at Grace Centers of Hope, including the church, daycare, and women's and children's center. The results are fantastic, and the process was incredibly smooth. The awesome sales team made everything easy. They were key in coordinating the dates, managing the parking lot closure logistics, and ensuring the work was finished very quickly. Highly recommend Titan Asphalt for any large-scale paving project!
