Their crew was extremely professional, the worksite was spotless at the end, and I appreciated the superintendent being on hand throughout the project to answer questions and ensure everything was perfect. Mike and his team were amazing to work with. Mike was very thorough in his consultation with us. He brought many samples and didn’t rush us in our decision for which shingles color to choose. When his team and he came to do the job, they were careful throughout. They put up barriers and tarps to protect our home. They cleaned up after themselves each of the two days. We have mowed twice and haven’t come across a spare nail in the yard yet. In addition, they found a hole in our roof from the previous team who had patched the roof and immediately brought it to our attention and fixed it. They could have just covered it up with the new shingles, but they went the extra mile to ensure our roof was done right. The entire process was easy and felt like they cared about our home. I highly recommend Titan Roofing and Mike Frank.

Titan Roofing was excellent to work with! I had never had to file an insurance claim before and I feel they went above and beyond in helping me get the necessary information in place-even talking with my insurance agent AND coming to the house to meet with the adjustor! Once I got the information back from insurance they were able to work with me to make sure I had everything I needed for a beautiful new roof and even took care of some weird things they didn't have to while up there. There was a small issue with scheduling, but I appreciated how quickly they let me know day of and how willing and able they were to answer all of my questions and get me taken care of as soon as they could (which was the next day)! Overall they were one of the easiest contractors I've ever worked with - and my house has had a lot of different types of contractors in and out of it.
