It has been about a year being a customer of Shine in Carmel. It took a minute to even find a window company that would return a call last year, so when Frank did at Shine it was impressive from the start. I asked to be on a quarterly plan which has worked out very nicely! Not only is Frank quick to respond, he remembers details of the property and seems to oversee his team very well. They let you know when they have arrived, and they check in with you when they are finished to get your approval of the work done. The windows look amazing every time! Truly, could not be more pleased with this company!

Great crew, took the time to do the job right. Windows and screens look great! Even cleaned a window twice - they had finished and a passing bird ruined their work, but they came back and redid the window. Professional and polite, will hire them again when the windows are due.
