I had an excellent experience shopping at the TK Home Arara branch. Ms. Naghmeh is truly one of the most professional and helpful people I’ve ever met in customer service. She patiently explained all the product details and recommended exactly what I needed. I never gave a rating that is less than 5 stars. This is the first one because of the unhelpfulness we experienced here, besides the little discounts offered for imperfect goods. We fully understand the washroom is not for public but is it really a must to say no to anyone across the board, including young kids? There aren't any washrooms close enough for young ones and mine suffered humiliation as he couldn't hold it and wetted the pants. This is just a very little favour to make a totally different experience.

The prices listed at TK Home are about the same as Costco’s sale prices — when Costco offers maximum discounts. Therefore, buying from TK Home doesn’t seem cost-effective, since the items don’t come with any warranty, manufacturer support, or guarantee of quality. At Costco, you can get similar prices during sales, but with full return policy, product warranty, and peace of mind.
