TK HOME London

I recently visited TK Home and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I have had. The customer service was far below what I expected – the staff were not helpful and seemed unwilling to answer questions properly. Prices also felt inconsistent and gave me the impression that they were not reliable. Overall, I left the store feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Personally, I would not recommend this store based on my experience, as I believe there are many other places with better service, clearer pricing, and a more positive shopping environment.

I was very specific in the type of Costco Christmas tree I wanted (yes I was late to the party when all the sales were happening in December). I drove to Brantford, Tillsonburg, kept refreshing FB marketplace but no luck, it was out of stock everywhere. I however randomly messaged Daman Kashyap on FB marketplace as I saw he posted the tree I wanted but in a larger size, asking if he had the smaller size I wanted in stock. Unfortunately the store didn’t have my size but he assured me he would contact me if the store gets new shipment. True to his words, he contacted me as soon as the store got my desired tree. I hurriedly drove to the store that same day and Daman was kind enough to plug the tree for me to make sure the lights were working fine, I got it at 30% off + no tax, and he helped me load the tree in my car. In short, Daman was AMAZING! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced! I am so grateful for how he went above and beyond for me. Thank you is not enough, but thank you Daman and TK home London. I will definitely be back for more discounted items 😄

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I discovered TK Home through a listing on Facebook Marketplace for a brand-new item in box, listed at an unbelievably good price. I was initially skeptical—after browsing countless listings, this one felt too good to be true. But the communication from the very beginning was exceptional. I was assisted by Daman, who provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was honest, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Before I even made the trip from Oakville to London, he personally checked the item to make sure it had all the parts, was flawless, and in perfect condition. He even sent me detailed photos. He held the item for me until I could make it the next day and answered all my questions patiently. When I arrived, Daman greeted me and went above and beyond by assembling the item himself—it took 20 minutes, and it was not a simple setup. No hesitation, just pure helpfulness. The item turned out to be exactly as promised: brand new, in perfect shape, no catch whatsoever. I kept waiting to see the catch… but there wasn’t one. While I was at the store, I ended up buying four more beautiful pieces, all in amazing condition, all at prices that honestly felt too good to be true. Now that I have them at home, I can confirm: they’re all working great and look brand new. Daman even offered to keep an eye out for other items I’m interested in and let me know when they arrive. This is the kind of service that makes you a loyal customer. TK Home is now my go-to. I highly recommend this place to anyone—don’t hesitate or second-guess. Just go!
