Julie is incredibly compassionate, supportive, nurturing, professional, understanding, kind, and flexible, and worked with me through shifting insurance coverage to continue to provide support through a number of major life changes. The support and care she provided through a difficult life period was truly life-changing and helped me develop resilience and skills that continue to serve me today. TLA is a great program, woman owned, that provides amazing care to clients! The team is well trained in DBT and other evidence-based modalities, knowledgable, professional, and caring. I refer clients to them often, especially for DBT groups. I highly recommend TLA for mental health support needs.
