From the moment you book your appointment, too leaving this hairdressers feeling like a new person, you are treated with amazing professional courtesy. The customer service from every member of staff is faultless, they are always accommodating. They listen to your needs and do everything they can to ensure you get the look that you had your heart set on. Really cannot think of anywhere else in Trowbridge or the surrounding area I could recommend more highly.

I recently started going to this salon and was given Kacey as my stylist. Firstly going to a new salon is a bit of a worry but I immediately felt at ease both with the welcome and consultation. I am so pleased I found this friendly and modern salon. All the stylists look good but Kacey is a gem and has given me a great cut and transformed my brassy colour. I also find their pricing very reasonable compared to the salon I used to go to. I would definitely recommend you give them a try if you are looking for a new hairdresser.

I have coming to Madame and M'sieur for years . Never been disappointed . Always walked out feeling fabulous. Sally and her team are amazing , soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted with a warm smile , staff are polite and friendly and very professional . Whether you want a complete change of colour , hairstyle or treatment they will discuss and advise you , you won't be disappointed. Really recommend the Olaplex treatment , fantastic results on my coloured hair, leaves it smooth, soft and shiny. Thank you Sally and your team you are fab .

It's a bit chaotic now that the owner has retired and the hairdressers are running their own schedules/books. Very, very hard to get an appointment and need to ring each hairdresser in turn if you want to be seen. Shame.
