We got 16’s and were hard to find due to 17’s coming out, but they worked diligently for us , made it happen and did it for us! I received excellent service from Aaron from start to finish. Before we even got into details of iPhone upgrade, he found that there was a better plan that would save me money. What a way to build trust. Then he directed me to a slightly different model of the same phone, which made sense because the basic difference was a feature that wasn’t important for my needs. So, again money saved. I signed up! When my new phone arrived, Nick to Aaron. He spent time to transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. What more could one ask. So, overall FIVE STARS +.
