Bought a villa property from Daksha and within a year cracks developed all over the building. They completed 1800 sq ft building within 6-7 months which would definitely speak about the quality. Curing process was not followed at all. I had to spend 10% of property cost to fix cracks and repainting. I don’t recommend buying from this builder!

Visited Daksha Vhridhaa Apartments last week for five consecutive days to attend a Yoga class. It is situated in a serene and quiet location. It is close to nature with a lot of greenery. The society is well maintained and clean. The only downside I felt is that it is a bit far from the market. But those who choose to stay close to nature will not mind that.

Calm environment where tje mountain comes to you. While the evenings are pleasant all around Kovai, it is extra cool here. Having a loved one at your side, shasaying around in the apartment roads itself is pleasing and refreshing. Happening places and shopping is just 3 km away which can be reached in 15 min with a bicycle.
