I recently had the opportunity to work with Tom to secure a mortgage, as I found myself recently separated and needed to go on my own. Being that securing a mortgage is something that is not common knowledge, at least for me and being clueless to all aspects of any financial transactions, I found that Tom was very patient and knowledgeable. Gone are the days when one can show up with a down payment and ask for the best interest rates out there. Unfortunately, due to some unsavory individuals that utilize the real estate market to laundry money, the innocent folks like you and I get caught up in the crossfire. Thankfully for Tom, who is quite the patient man and put up with all my rants for complaining about all the information required, work with me diligently and with the utmost professionalism. Through the entire process, Tom provided me with videos of explanations dealing with my circumstances, which I could go back and review multiple times. This was very helpful. Ultimately, Tom was able to secure multiple lenders with different offers. He guided me to the best offer, which fits my own personal situation.
