In stalled 2 water softeners in our new build wrong. Our water smelled like ass for 8 months. We sent our water to a lab in Ottawa. The sodium in the house water was 492ppm. It should never be higher than 20ppm. Our well test is 15ppm. We turned the water softner off and the smell was gone in 30 min. After repeated attempts to have the issue resolved, Tom himself, offered to give us a few bucks back and he removed the water softener. This error ruined a 3 foot metal rod in our hot water tank, our UV light, ruined our ceramic tile in the bathroom and cost is more than 8,000 to replace the water system. Thanks Tom.

Tom Sullivan returned my call promptly when I had a burst pipe on a Saturday night recently. He wasn't able to service my emergency that evening, but he did stay on the line with me and coach me through the process of shutting off my main water valve. This was very helpful.
