Hey guys, I usually come here for my haircuts, but yesterday I didn’t have a good experience. The person who did my haircut seemed new, and I had to remind him at each step what needed to be done. He also left my beard unfinished — I told him I wanted a number 2, but he used a single setting for the whole beard and left it longer than I expected. When I got home, I noticed that my lineup was messed up as well. I was there from 5:00 to 5:40 p.m. yesterday. I even had to fix my beard myself afterward. He pretty much rushed through the entire haircut and didn’t use conditioner after shampooing. I understand he might be new, but the basic expectation is that a hairdresser should not rush a haircut. Please look into this.
Nice guy Marco, actually a good haircut, didn't overcut my hair. But I did not get the "EVERY CUT EVERY TIME: Scalp Massage and Hot Towel Finish" I was looking forward to both of those things! Kinda disappointing. Good haircut tho
I love MArko/marco/ don't know how to spell his name but he's the GOAT at men's style haircuts ! I walk out of there feeling like a million dollars. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. No it's not a fake review, I don't know him personally, I'm not being paid to boast about him by any means. Personal opinion in 40+ years of trying to find the right barber I'm so glad I finally have one on lock down. The place is always clean, prices are fair, store management is very active and fair. Awesome awesome place.
