I was there today in the afternoon we bought some stuff for Around 260€ and the lady at the cash register didn’t want to give us the tax return papers because the “system” isn’t working she told us to basically F off . I talked to the information desk and she told me( they are just lazy go back to them). I went back to Tommy and the guy I talked to was really really rude to my mother and I and then he acted like he didn’t understand English so I talked to him in German and he didn’t like me talking to him In German Infront of his boss and kept telling me to stop being aggressive and ( Alles geht im ruhe ?????) I was respectful and talked in a nice and respectful tone, then when we left he called us (Scheiss Amerikaners or whatever he said) completely disgusting attitude especially from a place of this standard.

I'm a returning customer to the Tommy Hilfiger store in Parndorf for many years - the prices are very good and the quality of clothes is superb!The store doesn't really sell children's wear as this location on the map is for the store for grown ups. There must be a store somewhere in the nearby with kids clothes too though. My very recent visit was exceptionally memorable, Ms Andrea Bauer helped me and my friend to choose jeans. She spent a lot of time with us, brought different models, gave wonderful suggestions and advice! She truly made the shopping at the store amazing! We will be back for sure and very much hope to see Ms Bauer there again:) Thank you for your kindness and professionalism :)

Horrible experience I was charged in US Dollars despite saying clearly I wanted to pay in Euros. I was served by Christine and her response was absurd - that she is sorry but cannot do anything about it (she was the one who pressed the "pay in USD-button"). I had to pay 6€ more to my bank thanks to Christina. You can find the bill enclosed, if someone cares to get back to me. Next time at least acknowledge your mistakes and try to make up for them. Won't visit again.
