I frequently get massages to manage lower back pain and keep my hips and glutes flexible. Because I travel a lot for work, I’ve been treated by many different massage therapists over the years, which gives you a bit of expertise in recognizing quality. I can definitely recommend this lady. Not only is she very skilled with her technique and understands how different muscles are connected and interact, but she also applies the right amount of pressure using both her hands and elbows. I arrived in pain, and now I’m getting ready for a party that I’m actually excited for — and I’ll even be able to dance! Definitely a recommendation and definitely a great masseuse.

Amazing experience with Ella, it was my first thai massage and it really did help with the kink in my lower back. Ella was fabulous and strong and diligent. She focused on my lower back as I hurt it the same day I went to her. she was also accommodating to my schedule as I work late and she told me to not worry and take my time to get to her studio.
