This was my first and last visit. I clearly requested a simple trim, asking only to reduce the overall length and to keep the back slightly shorter than the front. To my anguish , the stylist gave me what was essentially a buzz cut . I EVEN PROVIDED A PHOTO from my previous haircut as a reference for the desired length, but it was completely ignored. For a salon that charges professional prices and claims years of experience, the lack of basic consultation was shocking. A skilled stylist should CUT INCREMENTALLY & check with the client, not remove all the hair at once. My expectations were utterly destroyed, along with my hair. 💔😔 Edit: I unexpectedly received a callback from Tom's Men's Haircut to follow up on my unsatisfactory haircut. I explained the situation, and they handled it very respectfully—they issued a full refund and even offered me a complimentary haircut in the future. I was really impressed with their customer service. While I may not be back soon, I certainly appreciate the gesture. ❤️

Great place! They always keep it swept and clean. Everyone is very friendly. They have music, TV, and even an included drink if you prefer. I recommend Joel but I don't think you can go wrong with anyone here.

I originally had a rough experience with my haircut, it wasn’t what I asked for, and I left pretty disappointed. After posting my review, the owner personally reached out right away, apologized sincerely, refunded my money, and scheduled a same-day appointment to have it fixed. The follow-up appointment by a Joel was great. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it showed real professionalism and care for their customers. I appreciate the effort to make things right and will definitely be coming back.
