I had my second visit at Toni and Guy for haircut. Services for haircut was done by Miss Shumaila, it was another grand experience, she managed me and my daughters hair professionally. Strongly recommended for the ppl whose hair are a challenge due to short length & are afraid of getting messed up. The staff personell is highly appreciable for their kind treatment. The Manager himself is on his toes to check on the clients if they are satisfied or not.👌Shall visit again💝👌😃 The only improvement I would suggest about is the salon should be more chilly as where I have got done my hair in the separate room was not cool..

Rikza did my hair & makeup & it was stunning! She knew everything from colour matching, to what would suit my features. I didn’t want anything heavy just a soft glam & that’s exactly what she gave me. She is an amazing artist and made me feel so beautiful & comfortable. The sweetest girl ever. Would recommend her 1000 times! Thank you!!!💗

Went for protein hair treatment, in which only a hair mask was applied and charged 10.5k, to top it off the the use of dirty discoloured black orange towels was disgusting. I also got my baby’s hair cut and they had zero expertise and professionalism to cut baby’s hair despite claiming we cut baby’s hair routinely and we know how to deal and the person was too lazy and took 1.5hrs to cut a baby’s hair when baby kept screaming for 1.5hrs. Moreover the pathetic plastic sheet they used to cover my n baby’s dress got damaged in first few seconds and we sat for a cut without any protection for our dresses. At the end of hair cut my dress and baby’s dress were ruined and paid full price for not upto mark hair cut. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional service

Just got my haircut done from Toni & Guy. The staff was incredibly professional, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Riksa, my stylist, did an amazing job! She listened to my needs and offered great suggestions. The haircut is exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
