I had a terrible experience at Toni & Guy and I feel compelled to share it so others don’t go through the same. I went in expecting professional service, but left feeling humiliated, uncomfortable, and completely unsatisfied, despite paying Rs. 4200 for a haircut. First, the cashier was extremely rude. He quoted me the wrong price initially, and when I politely corrected him, instead of acknowledging the mistake, he sarcastically said, “Our regular customers know our prices well.” This was humiliating and completely uncalled for. Just because someone is new doesn’t mean they deserve to be talked down to. Second, the air conditioning wasn’t working, the whole time I was sweating and feeling more anxious. You would expect better basic comfort from a salon charging this much. Finally, the haircut itself was a disaster. I had asked for layers, but my hair is now uneven and poorly done. It looks nothing like what I requested. I honestly could’ve gotten a better cut at a much cheaper place. This was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend Toni & Guy to anyone. If you’re paying premium prices, you should at least be treated with respect and leave happy with the service , not feeling regret and frustration.

Very bad experience. Never allow Sara to cut your hair. She had bad sense of. Cutting. Don't go there for hair cutting. I am sad to have such a bad hair cut. Sara you deserve to be in street palour. Never recommend

Amazing salon in Lahore! My entire family went for haircuts, color, and styling, and we had a fantastic experience. Sumbal gave me one of the best head massages and hair washes I’ve ever had—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and sweet! Sneha was also amazing, ensuring everything was perfect with her skillful styling and warm personality. Highly recommend this salon for top-notch service and a wonderful atmosphere!

Not only is she incredibly skilled at her work, but her warm and professional personality made the entire experience even more pleasant.
