Toni&Guy Colombo is a very luxuries and Cousy place to get done a hair cut. Nice welcome, fallowing all the formalities before the cut very smooth way. Ambiance is very comfortable too. Specially Senior Hair Stylist “Mr Samantha” doing an awesome job always.

I dislike leaving poor reviews but after some disappointing experiences I felt that I must. TL;DR Over the last 2 years or so I have been here 4 times - 3 Keratin treatments and 1 hair colouring. In general stylists here are a hit or miss. Same goes for the assistants (they can either give you a very good massage or burn your scalp so much it will peel the next few days). If however, you do end up with a shoddy job, you can kiss your money and any hope of getting it fixed goodbye unless you stand your ground and demand for proper service with management/reception. Such a shame that good service and accountability is not the norm. Below are my experiences in chronological order. - Keratin #1 (Male stylist #1) Great experience. - Keratin #2 (Female stylist #1) Horrible 7 hours of my life. The stylist and assistant kept burning my scalp and pulling my hair so much I almost cried due to the pain and stinging. I was so relieved another male stylist took over the blow dryer towards the end. The female stylist had the audacity to suggest some more services which I declined. - Keratin #3 (Male stylist #1) Decided to give it another go with the first stylist. Good experience. - Hair colouring (Male stylist #2) Went for a full head colour but the stylist recommended doing only a root colour due to a previous dark colour I already had. I appreciated his honest opinion. However, after the root colour I could see that it was too light. Over the next few days it became even lighter to the point that there was almost no difference from before the colour. When I complained to get it fixed, customer service said that I should have raised it on the day instead of waiting. I don't know how she doesn't know that hair colour lightens after washing but a proper dye job shouldn't wash off after 8 days. The stylist fixed the mess on another visit with a cheaper brand hair dye but then they tried to charge me again! When I refused to pay, customer service then tried to blackmail me by claiming that if I don't pay they will deduct it from the stylist's salary. Needless to say I won't be returning.

I went to this place for gel manicure and haircut. I was disappointed because they gave me the most expensive pack they had without asking me if I wanted it or not and charged me a big amount just because I’m a foreigner (I can say that because a Sri Lankan lady came at the same time as me, had the same gel manicure and left after 30 minutes while I was there for 2 hours without a clue what was taking so long). The girl doing my nails didn’t speak good English so I couldn’t clarify. After that I was directed to haircut. The hairdresser messed up my bangs and made it very difficult to style my hair. The styling after the haircut was horrible, I had to go home and wash it and style it myself. I’m frustrated with my hair because I can’t give it a nice shape because of the bad haircut. This place has the name only but not the quality. I will never go back here.
