I just purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox from Tonkin Hillsboro on Oak Street, and I love my car ! The sales associate, Jose Otanez, went over and above to make sure the three cars I was interested in were ready for me to test drive ! He was patient and accommodating with all the questions I had and even stayed late to seal the purchase ! Let me also state, the beginning of getting me financed wouldn't have been possible without - Debra Lorentz, Special Finance Manager @ Tonkin Hillsboro on SW Baseline. I didn't feel hopeful at first; but Debra, put me at ease and she came through expeditiously and got me financed. She is fantastic! However, the car that I liked was at the Tonkin dealership @ the Oak Street location , so the financing was finalized by Braden -Special Finance Manager, who worked hard and stayed late at work to get me a monthly payment that was doable. (Debra and Braden are highly experienced and because of them, I am a happy car owner !) I also want to thank "CJ " for his thoroughness with explaining all the paperwork involved.
