When you have a problem with your roof, there is only one thing you should do, call Tony. He proved to us that he is an expert professional and that really cares about helping people. Here’s how Tony helped us. During the last rain storm, we were awoken by the sound of water pouring into our back entrance. As a homeowner this might be one of the worst things you’ll ever experience. We were in shock. After looking up roof repair companies and comparing reviews, we decided to call a few different companies. Tony was the only one to return our call for help within a few minutes. He scheduled an early morning appointment that same day to assess the problem. I cannot tell you how much that meant to us. Tony showed up early and got straight to work examining our roof. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and started explaining to us, in a very professional and empathetic manner, carefully walking us through all our options. You can tell right away, Tony is a seasoned professional with years of experience fixing, restoring and replacing roofs. We decided to replace our entire roof with a few specific enhancements to improve the overall functionality of our older home. To our disbelief, Tony said, his team would show up tomorrow morning, Saturday, to start work. They showed up at 7am and got straight to work, taking only 30 minutes for lunch, and after 12 hours of hard work, the job was done. This was a miracle for us. Our home and roof have never looked or functioned better. The air quality in our house is greatly improved and all the water goes where it is supposed to go now, as testified by last nights rain.
