I visited Toolstation today, looking for some 1/2" Aluminium Bar and 14-Guage Aluminium Wire, neither of which they sold. However, instead of sending me away, the REALLY, helpful Cheryl looked at the project that I am undertaking - a large puppet head for Little Shop of Horrors and found me other products which are just as robust. An amazing employee!!! Who found me everything I needed, for a fraction of the price, too! One very happy customer!!! Thank you Cheryl. I will keep you posted on progress! X

Rude customer service, i walked in 20 mins before closing time and someone working turned around and spat out at me you better have a click and collect order cause we're closing soon and if not you better hurry up , I was then waiting for him for 10 mins. while the wait on it's own is not a problem, the rudeness however, is not needed or wanted especially when he seemed to be the manager which is a shame

Didn’t go in but accidentally parked in there car park due to it being connected to the Europcar rental and I was waiting for my friend before taking him home then a man that worked for tool station came to my car when I opened my door a very strong smell of weed entered my car then very rudely just told me to leave. Definitely don’t care for customer service there won’t be going there at all.
