I had bicep surgery on 11th Feb and the entire day was handled really well. Constant check ins for comfort ahead of surgery with really attentive, polite and happy staff. The room was clean, comfortable and had every amenity I could have asked for. Ahead of surgery I was made very comfortable and post surgery everyone was terrific. While I don’t plan on any surgeries in the near future, I would 100% use this hospital again should I need too.

Currently sat in my room post surgery courtesy of Dr Thomson. Facilities are excellent and staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. Good communication was received throughout my stay, a tasty post-op meal and genuine care received by all members of staff. As a self-funded patient I was a little dubious about paying for treatment here, not knowing the quality of service to expect Vs the value for money however so far I have been impressed and recommend this hospital.

The treatment at the Nuffield Brentwood was nothing short of exemplary. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and surgical staff did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to give me the best experience. I would highly recommend this hospital if you're considering having surgery. A special shout out to Ivy as well - she went above and beyond!

We recently had our 10-year-old daughter undergo a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy at Nuffield Health Brentwood, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the care and professionalism were exemplary. Special thanks to Amy, whose attentiveness and support both before and after the operation made the process seamless and reassuring. Her kindness and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and she went above and beyond to ensure our daughter felt comfortable and at ease. Mr Fayad, the surgeon, was outstanding in his expertise and approach. He explained everything thoroughly and was incredibly reassuring, which gave us complete confidence. The anaesthetist (apologies for forgetting their name) was equally fantastic, ensuring the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The entire team at Nuffield Brentwood demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and exceptional care, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier for our family. Thank you for looking after our daughter so well! I would highly recommend Nuffield Health Brentwood to anyone considering treatment here.
