My daughter had her first dentist appointment today and it couldn’t have gone better. The front desk staff is lovely, the hygienist was kind and explained everything she was doing to her, the dentist was also so kind and sweet with her. She was so excited to get her toothbrush and sticker. I am so incredibly impressed and thankful we found Tooth Fairy Smiles!

I wish I could give zero stars, first I will like to say my children was going to this dentist office for over 10 yrs. We were recently turned away and told we can no longer come to this dentist office and needed to find a new dentist. All because I’ve recently had a baby which I suffered a high risk pregnancy, that caused for me to reschedule I had an unexpected emergency I called the office to reschedule from my hospital bed they did not care one bit. That was very unprofessional, inconsiderate, poor customer service, unfair, discriminating, and careless! I somewhat explained to them what was the issue at hand, and they were so nonchalant did not care. Saying well your oldest will be 18 very soon wow.
