Pavin GillTo the owner: I’m reaching out, because I dropped off my Balinese cat, “Mishri” for a wash. I did not authorize a cut. When I picked her up and brought her home, I discovered a huge patch of hair missing on her back. My husband called and we were refunded the service. However, it’s been several weeks and this photo is taken today and her hair is barely growing back. This was not the first time I brought her in and I did not give anyone any indication or instructions to shave her. She’s a senior cat and I can’t imagine how terrified she would have been when being shaved.
