Top Florida Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof in in my home. They were efficient, thourogh, and kept me informed of their progress throughout the process. Additionally, they were very honest and replaced my entire gutter because of some minor scratches that were caused from leaning on it with one of their worker’s ladder. I would highly recommend them for any future roof projects.

Xavier, and his crew did a proper assessment of an unknown substrate and structural supporting members of the roof. Once the structure was established his crew reevaluated the materials to be used and executed a plan to install 5/8” plywood over existing structure then 1” insulating foam board and fully adhered roofing material TPO to the roof. A 1x6 was placed around perimeter so the roof edge could be made water tight. Thanks for a great job under difficult circumstances. Top Florida Roofing did an excellent job.

I had section of my roof damaged from a pretty storm last year. The part that made it even worse was, I was in Guam. Luckily I had been told about Top Florida Roofing. I was able to contact their office even as late as it was. Oh and by the way, I spoke to a real person! They dispatched a crew to my home and had the damage fixed in no time.I don't think there's many companies left out there that you can trust to do the right thing, great work, and at a fair price.
