As soon as you send the diagnosis money to them, they are done. I will not answer your phone calls unless for more money my truck is sitting in the same spot. It was yesterday with no call from the company at all all day. I called a couple times today got hung up on twice and finally called the last time just to confirm the name so I can write this review. My car is also sitting in a parking lot and there is no concern of the company I’m fixing it even though I have already paid $150 diagnosis as soon as they got the money complete silence on their end. It’s an F150 pretty basic vehicle as well. Here’s a picture of it. Two days still sitting there for a plastic piece that is very simple to fix however, I don’t have mechanic tools so needed to call Somebody however these are not the right people and I have to hire somebody else. It’s a shame that this is the way people do business these days. And I was referred by a family friend that owns dealerships. And still no integrity on the part of Top Notch Mobile Mechanics

Brandon was the absolute best person I could have work on my car, he was super transparent with me from start to finish! I had to have my transmission replaced and helped me get situated with a new one as soon as possible and got the work done extremely quickly and efficiently! I had the mechanic “Carlos” who did a great job fixing my headlights and fog lights (really messed up wiring)! It was definitely a challenging ask with time constraints and they completed the task with flying colors. I would highly recommend to others and plan on continuing using them in the future for all of my auto needs!
