Ours was a very challenging re-roofing job on a home that was originally built in 1893 (excellent balloon construction), renovated starting 1993 and subsequently expanded to triple its size. Greg, Ryan and their excellent team were amazing, dealing openly, honestly, and professionally with each uncovering of previous shoddy work. Prior "professional" roofers had vented bathrooms into either soffit space or dead zones and had not installed venting into the roofs themselves. Ryan and his team had to replace horrendously damaged sheathing, showing us every one of them, and arranged for ventilation specialists to inspect and treat all roof spaces as required. All options for unforeseen additional work and costs involved were explained thoroughly to receive our approval. All roofs are now properly vented and they provided additional roof vents for all bathrooms and hooked them up for us. We were treated as if we were family. The entire team was amazing.

Greg and his partner have been so incredibly helpful and reliable for us. They do excellent, expedient work, are extremely easy to communicate with, were responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and made us feel comfortable and secure in our home from the time we called them to do a temporary repair, to the next year when we had them redo the entire roof on our 1970s home (sheathing over shiplap, new shingles, upgraded venting to code, etc.). I would absolutely recommend them and use them again without hesitation.

Greg did a smaller but urgent job patching some shingles for me. I was happy with the work, he also provided photos and a description of his assessment of the roofs health and outlook which was quite accurate.

I just wanted to make a review about this roofing company that did repairs on my roof. Top Pair roofing is a very professional company. How hard-working the crews are to the young men that showed up to do the job. They did the repairs on my home really quickly so that I did not Disturb my family's lives. Which we appreciate it a lot! After having such a good experience with them referred them to one of my friends that needed a whole new roof on their home. Once again Top Pair roofing was a great experience for my friend. They came quickly re-place the whole new roof! We both love the fact they keep in their budget and we’re finished on time. I will be recommending them to all family members and friends for their roofing concerns!
