Top roof was recommended to me through a friend who works in the insurance world. She had nothing but good things to say about them and after hiring them, I can see why. We needed a new roof (20+yrs old) and Top Roof had great communication from start to finish. The guys on site were happy to answer questions and explain things to us as needed. They were fast and their cleanup was impeccable. They actually had one crew member dedicated to cleaning up as they went along. I highly recommend this company!

I hired Top Roof to handle hail damage repairs on my home, and they did an excellent job. Throughout the quoting process, they provided clear and thorough information, making everything easy to understand. The materials arrived promptly, and the work was completed soon after. They did a great job replacing the siding, roof, and gutters. What I really appreciated was the final review after the job was done, ensuring everything was completed correctly and providing a chance to address any concerns. Had these guys come out and install some new gooseneck vents as my old ones were heavily damaged (one was even gone) last year (Sept 2023). At the time they were prompt and completed the repairs and I assumed everything was good, but when I had a roof inspector come by this spring to provide a quote for a roof repair due to a leak from the heavy downpour we had, he did not have great things to say about the workmanship. It could be that the inspector was trying to sell me a new roof, but at the very least it is clear that the caulking that was used was substandard as it had cracked less than a year after being installed and left gaps for water infiltration. Not saying that this is what caused my leak as I did have some other issues that the inspector pointed out, but it may have been a contributing issue; see attached photos from the roof inspector and draw your own conclusions. Overall, I'm not sure if I would personally be able to recommend this company. This is just another data point for you to consider among the other reviews.

I hired Top Roof for roof revamp as our roof is over 20 yrs old and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. The crew was respectful and friendly even to our neighbours! They maintained a clean, organized worksite throughout the project. I was especially impressed to come home and see the yard and my garden left spotless after each day’s work. No debris or mess in sight, especially considering how windy it’s been all week. At one point, I was taking photos to update my husband, and one of the workers approached me politely just to see if I had any questions. Matt was courteous and professional, even offering to explain the progress. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and their attention to detail really shows. It’s refreshing to see contractors who are not only skilled but also genuinely respectful and considerate of the people living in the community. Highly recommend!
