The storage unit was simple and easy to use. Its all done online or over the phone a d their responsiveness was amazing. I was a little unsure at forwt without haveing someone on site, but they do have a manager that is on top of things. Once again the customer service was the beat part. Alex was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

This is my first month and so far so good. It was very easy to set up online, called to verify and had really great service - answered right away and provided all the help needed. The place is very clean and neat, just got to be careful if you have a huge truck, the corners are sharp and it's very steep driving in, I would suggest to walk it through before driving in.
