One of our bike locks seized, leaving all our bikes stuck on the rack of our van. The staff at Total Cyclery & Sports were friendly, patient, and eager to help. An employee even went home to get a grinder and freed our bikes in less than an hour. They only charged us for their time, and we bought a new lock from them. We were so relieved and grateful. They really went above and beyond!

This shop is amazing. We brought four bikes in for tune-ups and repair, and Dean and his staff did a great job on all of them. In the process, we told Dean that we had family coming in from Uganda and wished to send them home with sturdy, unfussy bikes that would be easy to assemble and last for years. Not only did he give us a great deal on two excellent bikes, but he also showed our African guests how to assemble them, step-by-step, and he packaged the bikes for the long flight home. I went in for new tires and a tune-up, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly honest and informative. They took the time to explain that while the sidewalls of my tires were beginning to crack, the tread was still in good shape. Instead of pushing a sale, they let me know I could likely get through the rest of the season safely, as long as I avoided really bumpy roads or high speeds. They showed me some things that needed adjustments, took the time to explain to me any questions I had and said that my bike was in great shape and needed nothing. I still proceeded with new tires anyway since I was already there and the owner Dean offered me a good price to just get both done. Since my exact tires weren’t in stock, they price-matched a set of slightly wider ones — no pressure, no upselling, just straightforward advice and great service. My bike was ready for pickup the same day, and I was kept updated throughout the process. When I picked up my bike, they had graciously replaced a broken wheel reflector I had and temporarily fixed my mud fender that I had previously super glued and it broke again. It’s rare to find this level of honesty and professionalism. Thank you!

Came Into town for the triathlon and heard a noise while on my ride and decided to stop in to see if they could help me out. Dean was super helpful in fitting me in.
