Total Heat & Bathrooms

John & his team did a fabulous job and made the situation less stressful when a leak identified which was also leaking into a neighbouring apartment. They were able to quickly identify and nothing too much trouble and full bathroom refit completed within a couple of weeks. Customer service brilliant throughout, would definately recommend.

This review is for Total Heat. We came across them through Trust a Trader (or Trusted Trador). And that's exactly what we shouldn't have done - trust them. Never had we ever have so much problem for so long because our mistake to choose this company. Not only they left the job halfway and it took us ages to get the job finished but we repeatedly had problems. Finally we were told the whole installation was wrong and faulty. The whole thong cost us so much to repair. This was the worst experience we ever had. We trusted online websites like trader, etc. We shouldn't have. I should have left this review long ago. But I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Even their own staff told us the job had been badly done... I hope they have changed their work ethics since then. But we were left traumatised.

Just had a new bathroom installed by the team in Whitefield. Quality, attention, care & responsive are all words that spring to mind. The lads did an incredible job. Reasonably priced - would highly recommended!
