EmWonderful office of people. Greeted immediately with professionalism. Dr. Shipes explained everything to me with full explanations. I am extremely pleased today and will continue to see her for all my needs. She as gentle, efficient and didnāt have any pain. The front ladies in the office set up my next appointments and also told me of procedures that they had had done as well and how long the results have lasted and how beautiful they look. I am thoroughly impressed with this office with the staff with the doctor with the procedures with the explanation of the different types of items and what I will need for future appointments, which isnāt very many. Itās just a couple, but it will be something that I will continue to do now that Iām almost close to 60 years old.
