Fantastic experience! Tremendous customer service and they were extremely quick with the service on my car. I had been referred to them a couple of times recently and it's not hard to see why. I only brought my Hyundai Elantra hybrid in for an oil/oil filter change, and to have them inspect various areas of the car for future maintenance and they provided quick and easy service. They didn't try to upsell or convince me that there was something wrong with my car (which I can't say the same about dealerships). They treated me with respect and that definitely goes a long ways and is greatly appreciated. I trust them with my car and I am confident I will get exceptional service when I need to bring it back in. Dillon and Brianna are so kind and helpful. I'm grateful I decided to bring my car into their shop!

My Civic's starter gave up the ghost unexpectedly. I've been using Total Upgrade Automotive since 2022 so they were my first choice to get the replacement job done. They were able to see my car that day and got it done over the weekend. My Civic starts right up now. No complaints! Everyone at the shop made me feel informed every step of the way. No billing surprises either. Just an honest cost, labor, and parts list. Would highly recommend!!

These people just saved me at least $7000! Another shop was trying to tell me that I needed a whole new transmission, where, actually, I was told that I had my car in the wrong gear each time I drove it, so it stayed in 1st gear. They did a little work on my car to get it running better, and that was at least $100 less than I expected too. I'll definitely continue to go there for work needed on my car.
