An aging but still nice Total Wine. Standard Total Wine layout. All the wine you could ever want. All the spirits and beer you could ever want. It's all there. If you can't find anything, the sales people on the floor are more than willing to assist you. Lots of novelty and specialty items. Tons of bar accessories and mixers as well. Could clean the bathroom better.

Store is large and organized. I seen 3 employees talking while standing, 2 with carts full of stuff they were getting ready to stock. I could not find a product so I asked for the location the lady had an attitude but she did tell me the aisle. The cashier guy was nice and and fast. Location was decent, lots of choices near by to spend money.

This place is the worst. The lady at the cash register had an attitude and walked around the store with my I.D. (Manager did not help with her rudeness- he aided in it but tried to act like he does that to everyone) I completely understand the group policy - the problem I had was that the cashier began walking around the store, helping other customers with my ID in her hand instead of checking it and moving on. I want to know if the policy requires you to hold my ID while checking it because I doubt it. I was a frequent shopper but NEVER AGAIN.

Wow, Where do I start, as a black man who practices law, I’ve dealt with my fair share of racist encounters but my experience today at this total wine was one for the books. I’ve been a total wine member for years, I’ve exchanged/return many items in the past with zero issues. However, today an “assistant manager” named Gabriela just displayed an extremely uncomfortable amount of racism/profiling towards me that I’ve just never experienced before while I was at register 1 trying to exchange a bottle of Caymus wine that I bought a few days back from this particular store. To give a recap of the encounter, I entered the store with my bottle of wine in hand, I grabbed a handheld cart and made my way to the bourbon isle, as I made it to the bourbon isle I debated for a few minutes which one I wanted to purchase and made my way towards register 1 once I made my decision. There, I informed Gabriela that I wanted to exchange/return my Caymus bottle and pay the difference for the bottle of bourbon which was about a $40 difference. This is when the racism and profiling began, immediately Gabriela asked me if I had my receipt which I responded “yes of course” and began to pull up the receipt on my phone. Without checking my receipt, Gabriela says that she needs to check the cameras to make sure I came into the store with the bottle, despite me having and showing her my receipt which by the way is tracked by the serial numbers on each bottle. Fine, although extremely odd and something I’ve never experienced before, I say that’s not an issue. I kid you not, this woman was examining the cameras and made me stand in line for a good 10 minutes without saying a word to me while she constantly glanced back and forth at her screen and myself. This was incredibly uncomfortable, sensing my obvious frustration at this point. Gabriela then states that there’s just “certain protocols” that need to be followed because apparently when I entered the store I needed to inform someone in the front that I was returning an item. Again, I’ve been shopping at total wine for years and not once have I ever had to do that. Sounds like pretext for her obvious racism and profiling. It was to the point where I didn’t even want to purchase the bourbon anymore. I will never shop at Total Wine again because of this interaction and I really hope you do something about this woman because this is 2024 going in to 2025. Behavior and blatant racism/profiling is not acceptable. Just utterly despicable and disgusting. I am not someone to ever leaves reviews like this, but something has to be said about this woman and her behavior. All in all, god bless her and her family. However, as previously stated. I will never shop at Total Wine again.
