Satisfactory repair work and they quickly came back to re-do an area that had not been properly repaired after I called to bring it to their attention. However, labor rate for repairs seems very high compared to other licensed roofing contractors; charges worked out to more than $225/hr per laborer.

We installed solar on our house, but the existing tile roof did not have plywood decking underneath for support due to an older style of construction. We chose Rose based on a recommendation from another tile roof owner. They were unfortunately booked out over 3 months from their bid, but that obviously shows that they are in demand. They came out, had our roof tiles stripped off, plywood and felt installed, and tile back on in 3 days. They were able to reuse all of our roof tiles (minus a couple broken ones) and did a beautiful job reinstalling the roof. Their crew was very professional and communicated with us the whole way. Fernando (supervisor) was also very kind to accommodate our solar installer to put in mounts under the shingles before they relayed the tile. Excellent work, and would highly recommend!!!

I am a senior citizen who has seen my share of service technicians in my lifetime... from "never again" to "really good"... but none as great as Rose Roofing! From the initial inspection to the roof repairs on a home my wife and I recently purchased in Sun City Lincoln Hills, there are not enough kind words I could say about the owner, Rose, and the technician, Fernando. I would not use anybody else... nor would I recommend anybody else! Simply the best!!! Thank you Rose and thank you Fernando!
