I contacted Town and Country Travel to help me achieve a life-long dream of getting to see the ball drop in Time Square in person. I knew it would be difficult with COVID restrictions and needing a room with the view of it so we didn't need to be on the street. Not only was Krista very helpful and knowledgeable but she was so accommodating! We had to change people mid-plan as well as switch flights when ours was canceled. Throughout the process Krista was amazing! Our trip was everything I wanted and more and I can't wait to work with her again in the future. She is amazing and I'd completely recommend it if you're looking for a fun trip!!

Would definitely use Town and Country again for our next trip. We worked with Katie Halbur and she was awesome. From helping us pick the perfect location (Punta Cana Majestic Colonial resort) to getting us reservations at a restaurant prior to our arrival she was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional! There were 7 couples all together and we were flying in from a different airport. She was well organized and never more than a phone call away if we had questions. Great travel agency!
