We had to bring our daughter in for an emergency visit, and Dr. Basil kindly accepted us on very short notice. He provided a clear and caring consultation and even invited Dr. Andrew to give his professional opinion so we could create the best treatment plan together. Our daughter felt very comfortable throughout the visit, and we were truly impressed by the compassion and professionalism shown. Dr. Basil went above and beyond in his care, and to our surprise, he did not even charge us for the visit. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Basil and Dr. Andrew for their exceptional service. Dr. Basel Zbib is extremely kind and caring. He makes dental appointments very comfortable and helps ease any anxiety you may feel about treatments or conditions. His receptionist is also very kind, and the assistant who took my X-rays was patient and comforting—she even brought me a pillow for my neck while I was in the dentist’s chair. If you’re sensitive or self-conscious about dental visits, I highly recommend this office. They never make you feel bad; instead, they genuinely care about their patients’ needs and create a truly positive experience.

We’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Zbib. He is extremely kid-friendly, patient, and gentle, which makes every visit stress-free for my daughter.
