Worst experience at OYO Townhouse, Sector 52, Plot No. 682, Gurgaon. Please read before booking! I booked this hotel after reading Google reviews — this was my first time staying here, and I’m posting this review so that no one else makes the same mistake I did. The room was in a horrible state: walls had gutka/paan stains, used cigarette packs and bidis were lying around, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and yellow. Mosquitoes everywhere made it hard to sleep. The room was clearly not cleaned at all. Safety was a major issue. They didn’t give me a room key and said they didn’t have one. My room shared a common balcony with another room, and the balcony door had no lock. Anyone could enter from the next room. I told the hotel staff, but they just said, “We don’t have a key.” That’s totally irresponsible. Food service was non-existent. When I asked about meals, they said the kitchen was closed and told me to order from outside. Not even a welcome drink was given. I had to ask four times just to get one water bottle, and in the morning during checkout, they charged me ₹30 for that same bottle. It honestly felt like this hotel is not meant for normal guests or couples — just people coming for drinking and smoking. Alcohol bottles, cigarette and bidi smell were everywhere. Please avoid this place. Don’t trust fake or paid reviews. I went based on them and had a terrible stay. Sharing my experience so others don’t suffer the same way.

Bathroom door got locked. Sheets were dirty. Couldn't give us another room also - typical excuse, we don't have rooms available. Location is very shady also, and the dogs right out front are very aggressive. Couldn't stay more than one night.

Worst hotel , Dont Visit , very honest review. Photos in online protal are fake and rating is also fake In every room there is some problem, dirty room, staf not helpfull and speaks very rude like rowdies. Not wellcoming staf, dont not sloves even any minner issue arrises at hotel. Dirty interior .
