Please read it before check IN Terrible Experience at Hotel MARKS INN & BANQUET I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel MARKS INN & BANQUET, and I would not recommend this place to anyone Please Don’t Go There . 1 : The room was in a horrible condition and bedsheets and towels were stained, clearly not washed properly. The entire space felt unclean and unhygienic even washroom was in an awful state small, poorly maintained, and had a very bad smell. Definitely not up to even basic hygiene standards just to tell (Jet spray not working) 2 : I kept the AC running for over 10 hours but the room remained hot and uncomfortable. I ended up sweating while trying to sleep and it was completely useless. 3 : Terrible Room Service & Staff Behavior: The staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Basic requests were ignored, and there was no sense of hospitality at all. 4 Fake Refrigerator: There was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn’t functioning at all. I had kept some food inside but it got waste in morning because fridge not in working condition. It seems like they keep it there just for show. This hotel felt like a complete scam in the name of hospitality. It’s unacceptable to charge guests for such poor-quality services and amenities. I sincerely hope the management takes feedback seriously, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t count on it.

Food was awesome. Staff behaviour was very nice. Birthday hall was a nice space with proper seating arrangements and lot of empty space. Best experience was the food, especially starter.

I appreciated the attention to detail, such as a well-stocked minibar, a large desk for work, and blackout curtains that ensured restful sleep. The hotel’s restaurant offered an impressive variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly noteworthy, with both international and regional options that were fresh and full of flavor. Room service was prompt, and the food always arrived hot and well-presented. Among the amenities, I especially enjoyed the fitness center and the serene pool area. The spa services were also a highlight, offering a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The entire property was well-maintained and beautifully decorated with a blend of contemporary and classic touches. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist without being intrusive. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel delivered on every promise. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, it’s a place where comfort, service, and hospitality come together seamlessly. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.
