The store offers a good selection of sports wear. Kids love Back to School Sale. Unfortunately, we didn't find what we were looking for this time. For some reason, the shoes seem to be a little heavier/stiffer than I have remembered. I also find the top shelves are too high. That makes it a little difficult to shop (read the prints or reach for it). Well, maybe we would have better luck next time. The store is located in a strip mall with shared parking. Short walk to bus stops.

Hello, I purchased a pair of shoes for my son yesterday evening from the Adidas Outlet in Langley. Today, we returned with the box and the receipt to exchange them for the exact same model in a bigger size. The shoes had only been tried on briefly in our backyard and were in perfect condition. Despite this, the staff refused to process the exchange. I find this behavior extremely disappointing and unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on the customer service at this location, especially considering the product was bought less than 24 hours earlier and all packaging and proof of purchase were provided. I am not requesting an exchange anymore. I am simply expressing my dissatisfaction with the way this situation was handled and the lack of flexibility or respect shown to a customer. Thank you.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Langley Adidas store that needs to be addressed. A sales associate, who went by he/they but was clearly female, approached my husband and started suggesting that he wear women’s clothing. I don’t agree with being forced to play along with pronouns that don’t match reality, and I especially don’t agree with store staff pushing my husband toward clothing that doesn’t fit who he is. That is not professional, it’s intrusive, and it made both of us uncomfortable. Adidas expects customers to respect how their staff want to be addressed, but then turns around and allows staff to cross boundaries by encouraging men to wear women’s clothes? That’s hypocritical. Respect needs to go both ways. We went in to shop for athletic wear, not to deal with ideology or be pressured into something inappropriate. If Adidas values their customers, they need to train their staff to stay professional, respect people’s choices, and stop pushing personal beliefs onto shoppers. I left disappointed and will think twice before returning.
