Despite an unexpected issue, they ended up refunding the overnight shipping cost — yet the package still arrived the very next day! Ivan RodriguezReporting this place to BBB, purchased a car track (which really felt overpriced) that after opening at home was broken and went back for an exchange for the same toy with all the pieces not even used, they said they have a strict no refund policy. If you are buying anything from them make sure to open and test it in store before you buy it otherwise you will be out of luck. Awful business
