Wento get my ac problem checked for my japanese car. They didnt even use a computer to check properly. Just lazy advice to change the whole compressor and scaring me about it. While my other local mechanic said he will open everything up and check. Thts the approach they shud have too. Very unprofessional toyota garden. UPDATE:- the local mechanic fixed it. It was just sensor issue. Toyota garden shud be ashamed of themselves. Shuker hai didnt listen to them. They just wanto mint money.

Had a very disappointing experience at Toyota Garden Motors Lahore. I went for wheel balancing and alignment, but they only had a manual machine, whereas I wanted a computerized one. As I was leaving, the guard at the gate forcefully asked for my mobile number. When I refused to share it due to privacy concerns, he behaved rudely and even threatened to keep the gate closed until I provided my number. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Management should train their staff to respect customer privacy and practice professionalism.
