I took my pride and joy Tacoma in for an oil change service job, they gave it a (COMPLIMENTARY) wash job with a wash mitt full of rocks. It’s visible to see every move that mitt made all over my Tacoma. Was brought up to the service guy ALEX DE PAZ, and he said it was complimentary so it didn’t cost me…We insisted he had to fix all the scratches they caused in my perfect paint. His reply was whatever keeps my wife and my 17 year old daughter from coming back bitching…They did a half ass buff job on my pickup that was easily picked apart. They acted like it was a total inconvenience to make them repair a problem that they caused, and should have never happened. Stay away from Corvallis Toyota if you take pride in your vehicle, and deserve exceptional customer service.

Had a recall done on my crown review mirror. Had the 5000 mile service done. Alex was my service rep and he was very friendly and understanding. I was offered a ride to anywhere while I waited and my car was washed after the appt. The free coffee latte was also good.
