I've been taking my Toyota's and Subaru's to this dealership for over twenty years,; this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I brought my Subaru Outback in for a 150,000 mile maintenance. Turns out that they no longer really work on Subaru's, but nobody informed me of that. Not when I made an appointment with the service department, not when I spoke to the service manager when I dropped the car off in the morning. I specifically told the service adviser of three things: the brakes need work, the chassis squeaks a lot, and don't rotate the tires as it had just been done. They had my vehicle for over 8 hours , never called or left a messaged. I got there after 5 pm to find that the tires were rotated (of course I was charged for that), as expected the front brakes pads need immediate replacement, but they don't carry the parts so they couldn't replace the pads, and they never looked into the squeaks. Common courtesy would have been to mention that they are no longer a full service repair shop for Subaru. So yeah they changed fluids and filters, I could have had that done for hundreds of dollars less elsewhere in 7 fewer hours. I feel cheated out of a full day of my time and a good bit of money. But hey, they offered me a free car wash coupon, because apparently they forgot to include that as part of their regular service. So after a full day without my vehicle, I'm back to square one.

I bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma last year (2024), i have had to call several times, noone ever returns my calls. I brought my truck in today and let my service tech know: he was not helpful at all. He blew me and my concerns off. Even though I love my truck I will NEVER buy another Toyota after the customer service of their service department . my appointment was under the name Mae Felkins Which is my legal name I came in this morning at 8 o’clock 11/6/5

Great experience with repairs on my Tundra. Jack Date in particular was excellent. He helped me out in a pinch and because of that, I’ll be happy to bring my vehicles here to be serviced when needed.

I had a great experience at Toyota Subaru of Corvallis. My service advisor was Griffin, he was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and wasn’t pushy on anything. He told me what was going on and what the issues where, as well as what needed to be done now and what could wait until later. Kallie was the technician who worked on my car, seemed to do a great job as well! Pricing is admittedly a bit higher than other shops around, but it’s comforting knowing they have loads of experience with my exact make and model. Overall, great experience and will highly recommend (if budget allows).
