Jennifer has been a lifesaver not once but twice (once for my phone & once for my son’s), going above and beyond when I needed to get a screen repaired asap so I could get it to my son’s school before his away game, and was early to the appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I should have put this review in the first time she saved me so making sure to this time! She’s also phenomenal at putting screen protectors on!☺️. Jennifer does quick, efficient, and quality work.

I had a great experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair! The technician, Gilles, was fantastic—he fixed my phone quickly and it works like a charm. But what really stood out was how he made me feel. Gilles is genuinely joyful and clearly values excellent customer service. He made me feel appreciated and taken care of. If I ever need help again, this is the only place I’ll go. Highly recommend!
