"Traci and her team are absolutely amazing. We found her when we were getting ready to do a BIG remodel on a 6800 square foot 1990's house in a great neighborhood in West Plano. Traci and her team managed our entire project-including helping us find a builder to handle the construction work. We met every week for an hour through the project to monitor progress, make decisions on pieces and parts, and to discuss problems that had come up during the remodel. When we walked in after remodel, paint furniture, fixtures, door knobs, furniture...every detail was done, we literally cried. For the first time in our lives, we live in "our home". We have had houses before, but Traci made it "ours". I can't explain how wonderful it is to walk into your home, pour a cup of coffee, and feel like someone designed a house around you and your family. Every detail mattered to us and it mattered to TCI. They found our family, our pets, our extended family in the design, and even our history.
