I was referred by a close friend for Juana Zavala. Although my friend is a trustworthy source who personally expressed he enjoyed his experience with URG I cannot say the same. I met with Juana and her other colleagues and they treated me like I lacked knowledge. They told me to get a co creditor; when I said I wasn’t comfortable with that method they refused to give any other pointers. Juana told me to get another job like it is that simple to do, insisting a “higher paying” job is my only option for her to help me. Everyone in this establishment are unreasonable, harsh, arrogant and unwilling to assist. Perhaps the next person will enjoy their experience. I didn’t… Also they said they would contact me after our encounter and never did. All I received was a marketing msg months after our initial meet.

Place is pretty bad. As noted in other comments, there is a scent of arrogance with this outfit and that is putting it mildly. I mean.. you guys are realtors, not eternal gatekeepers of the relm. Calm down. Properties sitting is reflective of what goes on here. Good luck
