However, I’m giving 3 stars because the product quality exceeded my expectations—the bag I ordered is excellent. Another important information to all, the price for the bag i ordered was unmatchable. They provided the best rate. My main concerns for Tradeling to address are: 1. Provide an accurate delivery date at the time of ordering. 2. Ensure that the support team gives realistic delivery updates without false promises. The below was my review on November 2nd. I’ll give Tradeling another try, hoping for a better delivery experience next time. “I am reaching out regarding my recent order T241014298400S1, which was scheduled for delivery on October 26th. Since October 30th, the order status has shown as “out for delivery.” On that day, I received a call from the delivery personnel requesting my location, which I provided. Since then, I have contacted the support team daily, and each time, I am assured that the order will arrive that same day. However, despite these daily assurances, I still have not received my order. When I called today, I was informed that the order might have been canceled, yet the application still shows it as “out for delivery.” It’s now been more than a week of repeated false promises and lack of clarity regarding my order status”
