Pathetic customer care service. They show updated average price of a share, even if share is not yet deposited or settled for account. If you report the issue over call, they don't raise a ticket. BECAUSE they don't know if you will ever hear back from their backend team. So they ask to email same Why customer care cant raise a ticket for flaw in their system.
