I explained to him on the phone, (having problems with the awning, toilet leaking, soft floors around the toilet and leaking water hookup). Was scheduled for a 9 o’clock appointment called at 8:17 to verify the details, and let him know our camp ground had moved us two lots down due to flooding, he then told me “I was already there and I didn’t see anyone so I just figured you left already”... then told me I had to rescheduled for 11 am and was late. Then went through the camper (for five minutes) jumping up and down on the floors telling me the work didn’t need to be done but he could if I wanted him to. Refused to fix the weatherstripping on the door widow that was leaking because he would need to purchase an entire roll... instead suggesting that he will use silicone on the out side of the trailer. was going to over charge me by 200$ for almost every part he was going to order. When all was said and done I was charged 125$ for a service fee I was never told about. Was very unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable considering this a legitimate business. Just an FYI since I'm unable to respond to the owner's comment dewey/ dewyanne is my husband... not a fake account and you are still a shady person and business.
